Is there a meet-and-greet before booking?
Joy works with a select number of families and prioritizes long-term, trusted relationships. All new clients begin with an in-person consultation and meet-and-greet to ensure the right fit for everyone involved — including children, pets, and household routines.
What kinds of animals do you care for?
Joy cares for a wide variety of pets including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and other small animals. Whether your pet needs walks, companionship, feeding, medication, or simply a calm and reliable presence, care is always attentive and individualized.
Can you help even if we don’t have pets?
Absolutely. Many clients hire Joy for trusted house check-ins while traveling, including bringing in mail, watering plants, checking on the property, preparing the home before arrival, or helping with household tasks and errands.
